Service Hour/Project Proposal Forms

These forms will be used throughout the year to keep track of service hours as well as service projects. The first four forms will be available at meetings for everyone, you can always ask an officer for a second copy. You can also download and save any of the forms to your laptop to fill out online and get signatures from an officer later.

Online Documents

The spreadsheet will also be a resource available to everyone that will be updated throughout year. In the spreadsheet, you can find information about who is doing what service project, where and when it will happen, how many volunteers they need, and who has signed up already. Once your project has been approved by VanderVeen and shared with everyone at a meeting, you can talk to an officer to get all the information about your project on the spreadsheet.
